Regarding language for altering or modifying as necessary to provide an equivalent level of service to students with print disabilities, as per the BC ELN model license already approved by EBSCO and ProQuest: This is a major breakthrough for improving access for people with print disabilities. The clause recognizes the issue of equitable access to information and increases the ability of people who are left out of the information chain to have the same opportunity for reading material as everyone else. The development will help promote a more equitable library service all people with print disabilities. I wish to express my appreciation for the collaborative effort that acknowledged the need and achieved this milestone.
