I assisted with the testing of the 'new' OutLook when it was initially implemented. I noticed a few bugs and was pleased with the response I received to fixing these bugs. The implementation of this application facilitated ILL delivery; the 'new' OutLook is easy to use, and continued enhancements have been appreciated.
