| ***Response deadline: July 5, 2012*** |
| Background: Gale has generously agreed to extend deep discounting for CPI-Q for yet another year, reflecting a behind-the-scenes BC multi-sector license which replaced the already highly discounted Consortia Canada license that BC ELN partner libraries have enjoyed for many years. Gale was among the vendors which showed a new willingness to engage in expanded licensing through deep discounting as a result of the launch of the Undergraduate Foundation in 2008. This year's approximate price increase of 3% is applied to this deeply discounted pricing. |
