Typically, Partner Library FTEs are updated in June/July when public post-secondary budget letters are issued to institutions. For fiscal 2009/2010, the official budget letters were delayed due to the timing of the provincial election. The numbers are used in licence negotiations with vendors and for the BC ELN cost sharing formula. The Funded FTEs used are those stated in your institution's Budget and Accountability letters. For 2009/2010, these can be accessed from: http://www.aved.gov.bc.ca/budget/welcome.htm
