AskAway Statistics for January - Now Available

AskAway Statistics for January are now available on the Portal:

AskAway traffic continues to rise.  There has been a 34% increase in traffic since last January, with an average of 77.1 calls per day this January vs. 57.5 calls per day last January.  However, the service isn't currently as busy as in September 2009, AskAway's busiest term ever, when service providers were handling an average of 91.4 calls per day!
